Juss wanna put my review back up. Place is a joke when comes to installation. Swear they have the top guy to do it. Only to be ghosted after my lvp floor split, they tried multiple times fixing with half ass patch work. Litterally can get the same work quality at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Paid a premium to have my floor done thinking i was getting a better result
I can no longer recommend this showroom to my clients after my recent experience. A bathroom vanity cabinet order for one of my projects was mishandled for nearly four months with no clear answers, no reliable ETA, and repeated promises to “wait another 2 weeks.” The delays ultimately left my client without a vanity and forced me to abandon the order entirely and restart the process elsewhere to avoid further project delays and additional costs. Great place unless something goes wrong! We bought flooring tile from them and four boxes were damaged and they agreed they were damaged. We got three more boxes and two boxes were damaged and then they decided that it wasn’t damaged but that was part of the tile pattern with explicitly not. I researched everything about this tile. They have been great. Got our vinyl floors there. They have a huge selection. Also they are so helpful. They have everything needed for me to renovate my kitchen countertops, sink, backsplash etc.
We worked with Heather to design our dream kitchen. We brought her a vision and she helped it become a reality. The design she put together was perfect in every way. I would highly recommend working with Heather and prosource.
