Plus, Joe Nevins added his assistance in selection when I decided to shift my color preference. Leslie also matched pricing, answered my dozens of questions, and swiftly handled an issue with some damaged wood to promptly get me a replacement box. I worked with Tyson W. at Prosource Sarasota. He was exceptional to work with. He was very patient in helping me to find exactly what I was looking for. I felt like the selection at the showroom was very good, and I visited many, many local stores. My order came in a reasonable time and the communication with Tyson from start to finish was great. I am very happy with my new floor, countertop and bathroom floor, shower walls and shower floor that he helped me with. He made my vision of what I wanted a reality!
