Jami is a wonderful design assistant and account manager! My task to purchase carpet was made so much easier because of her. She is extremely knowledgeable about products and is very skilled in understanding her clients needs. And to top this all, she is very kind and thoughtful! Great LVP flooring options! The entire staff was very friendly. Jody assisted us, and was extremely knowledgeable about their products. After looking at various options, he provided a quote for our selections of flooring, steps and 1/4 round......Great Prices!!! During the brief wait for the quote, the manager checked to assure we were satisfied with Jody's service. We assured her that he provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
