Love the store. Love the people. Easy and painless checkout and pickup system. VERY large showroom. All price ranges. No complaints at all!
I would never recommend Pro Source as they do not stand behind their product on warranty issues. Stay away as they are not reputable at all. They owe me money for a warranty issue I had with them and have not made good on it. Stay away!!!
Very friendly. Taira was amazing and so helpful. She has a great eye for color and can help you pick the right flooring for your home. You can check out samples and take them home to see what looks good in the space. Thank you for all your help. We really appreciate your time.
Unfortunately we had a horrid experience with Prosource. We just switched to Floor Traders and have had much better service so far. They also mentioned they have had many customer come to them after bad experiences with ProSource so this clearly isn’t the first time they’ve pulled a stunt like this. We were forced to reschedule our tile guy three separate occasions due to their lack of communication and professionalism. We worked with Ryan Fast who helped us find the perfect wood look tile for our home remodel. Ryan's knowledge of his products as well as his patience were second to none. I highly recommend Prosource when you are looking for new flooring. Be sure to ask for Ryan...he's awesome to work with.
