This store has hundreds if not thousands of choices. Thanks to Melissa Madden, she was able to show us exactly what we were looking for and help us design are floor plan with the perfect tile layout. Her ideas were spot on! She was very patient with us, listening to our ideas and then directing us to make a great decision. Bad business practices
The absolute best business to work with!! I am an older weekend warrior. My brother and I started a kitchen makeover. We did very well!, but it was a much bigger project than I anticipated! We blew out some wall, did some well planned lighting, etc. Do to unseen circumstances, we could not continue. I did my research to find Pro Source Ocala coming up on my phone. I highly recommend this company. I worked with Melissa Madden on purchasing backsplash. She was not only very professional, but extremely knowledgeable and personable. Before you buy anywhere, I strongly suggest you visit this place and work with Melissa on your purchase. This showroom offers everything from flooring, countertops, backsplash and other items for your home.
Was not sure about having to order tile but our experience was wonderful. Everyone was nice and very helpful. Our sales rep was amazing.
