If you are a DIYer do not shop here. They are only opens on weekdays and they have a 30 day policy on returns they do not mention during the sale. They said well it’s in the paperwork we gave you. Very frustrating because I specifically asked if returns were not a problem and was told yes and nothing about this policy. People were nice and I like the product but NOT DIY FRIENDLY

We had quite a few problems with the tiles installed at our new home, and it was unclear whether the mix up came from ProSource or the contractor. While the sales person was helpful in picking out our tile our contractor calculated an excess amount of tile and supplies but stated it would not be a problem as we could return the excess. Upon completion Prosource would not accept the request to return tiles, grout and Schlueter edging. So stuck with over $500 of excess.
