While the sales person was helpful in picking out our tile our contractor calculated an excess amount of tile and supplies but stated it would not be a problem as we could return the excess. Upon completion Prosource would not accept the request to return tiles, grout and Schlueter edging. So stuck with over $500 of excess.
A few days ago, I bought some materials here. The salesperson practically kissed me, trying to make the sale. He repeatedly said that if I didn't use something, I could return it. After finishing the project, I went back to return the unused accessories. Then, the salesperson who was practically kissing me turned into a rabid dog and found every excuse to not accept the unused accessories. If you go to this place, be careful with the return policy.
