I've never reviewed a company publicly before, but I wish someone had warned me off of Prosource. And I wish I could give them 0 stars. My bookshelf was delivered in November of 2024. The finish was uneven, the repair kit was missing and one shelf was missing. Over the following 4.5 months, they have sent me four wrong replacement shelves and each time it gets worse - it's too long, too long and too wide, too long, too wide and the wrong finish.
