I came into the showroom to select items for a bathroom remodel and I was assisted by Rodrigo. He asked me to select various items for the project and he even asked me to take pictures of the items so I would remember what I had selected. When the cabinet arrived it did not have the hardware that he had asked me to select and take pictures of.
