I rarely write reviews, but after my experience with ProSource of Charlotte, I feel like I have no choice. I am beyond frustrated and completely dissatisfied with the service—or rather, the lack of service—I’ve received from this company. On April 7th, I ordered and paid for one cabinet base, and was told by their representative that it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. We could not be more pleased with the design team at ProSource. Lisa and Marc we so easy to work with! They were respectful of our budget. They listened to our needs and desires for the project. They asked a lot of great questions and came up with several ideas which we incorporated into the final plan. When we made changes, they were flexible. This is my second review. I wanted to give an update since my first review 5 months ago. In response to the review they did "escalate" the issue. I have been waiting to hear back from the "Regional Manager" since mid-December. Last time they contacted me was Dec. 18th. They have not responded since December, even with my emails requesting an update. Unfortunately, I have had to financially take care of the issues.
This is an amazing flooring company and Marc have been a great sales representative
