The service and response have declined dramatically in the past year. I have had 3 sales reps and 2 designers in this time period and just found out the latest designer and rep are no longer there. The pricing is . I had issues with the last 3 kitchens I sold both from the design side and supplier. The products from the tile side are more expensive and I can purchase them directly from the supplier at a cheaper cost and much quicker turn around time. I rarely write reviews, but after my experience with ProSource of Charlotte, I feel like I have no choice. I am beyond frustrated and completely dissatisfied with the service—or rather, the lack of service—I’ve received from this company. On April 7th, I ordered and paid for one cabinet base, and was told by their representative that it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. Fast forward to, May 7th, and it’s now over 4 weeks, and I still have nothing. I’ve now been told the new estimated arrival date is June 10th, which is yet ano... read more
