Marc always goes above & beyond to ensure I have everything I need for my projects, his approach to customer service is second to none, which is greatly appreciated especially when juggling multiple projects.
ProSource, and specifically our sales rep, Marc, have been a real asset to our business. Marc really works hard to find the correct materials for our customers and often can set up options at different price points for them to choose from. He seems to always be available and is quick to return messages and produce invoices so people can see how much things cost. Thomas is a best salesman i ever work with and I’m in the renovation business for last 18 years in Charlotte so I tried a lot of different stores. ProSource is also a very good company, excellent customer service, great products and competitive pricing. Overall if you’re planning do do home improvement projects, that is the place to stop by and check their products.
