Diana Grabowski answered the phone with a welcoming tone and proceeded to listen to my questions. She took notes, made sure she understood what I needed, promised to follow-up before the end of the date and came back with answers and good ideas. Later, she amazingly helped me resolve a potential problem. She exceeded my expectations entirely.

The team @ ProSource is the place to go when upgrading / building a new home. It’s Veteran owned and operated and the interpersonal relationships are incredible! Specifically, Mrs. Liza Y. is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I would strongly recommend them to you before trying to find others!! 😇🙏💪 Job Well Done!!! 💪🙌🙌🇺🇸

Wouldn't recommend using them. We are currently waiting on replacement of a damaged pallet of flooring to arrive. Our rep is out of the office and no one else either can or is willing to check status for us, not sure which it is. In any event, their customer service is very much lacking if you are at the mercy of someone's vacation schedule to find out what's going on with your order. Guess I'll just paint my subfloor instead.
