Diana Grabowski answered the phone with a welcoming tone and proceeded to listen to my questions. She took notes, made sure she understood what I needed, promised to follow-up before the end of the date and came back with answers and good ideas. Later, she amazingly helped me resolve a potential problem. She exceeded my expectations entirely.
These ladies were not only incredibly knowledgeable and smart, they were so sweet and patient! Absolutely fantastic tile selection.

Wouldn't recommend using them. We are currently waiting on replacement of a damaged pallet of flooring to arrive. Our rep is out of the office and no one else either can or is willing to check status for us, not sure which it is. In any event, their customer service is very much lacking if you are at the mercy of someone's vacation schedule to find out what's going on with your order. Guess I'll just paint my subfloor instead.
