My wife and I found that ProSource was the easiest place to work with in the Ann Arbor area with a large number of options to choose from.
Employees are very helpful and full of recommendations, including for great installers. I have ordered tile and carpet and plan to order more. Great communication also.
I struggle to find the benefit of bringing clients to this business with it's ridiculously inconvenient hours. Only being open M-F 8-4pm makes it impossible for clients who work full-time to shop here.
I witnessed one of their workers road rage with their black dodge ram around their place of business before parking in the lot, harrassing other drivers and putting them in danger along with some pedestrians
