Fotoula was very helpful making the entire experience convenient, easy, and resulting in me finding a product I cannot wait to have in my house! She also gave the names of two installers both of whom were very nice and professional. One had a very full schedule, the other recently stopped by for step 1 and has been incredibly professional, thoughtful, and kind. Turns out a neighbor recently used him and found the same as well as being very pleased with the work.
My wife and I found that ProSource was the easiest place to work with in the Ann Arbor area with a large number of options to choose from.
Employees are very helpful and full of recommendations, including for great installers. I have ordered tile and carpet and plan to order more. Great communication also.
I struggle to find the benefit of bringing clients to this business with it's ridiculously inconvenient hours. Only being open M-F 8-4pm makes it impossible for clients who work full-time to shop here.
