We ended up buying our Mohawk laminate flooring with the assistance of Kat Krug at Prosource. She was able to get us a competitive price for the floor we wanted, and she was very personable and responsive to emails. The loading crew was great as well with helping us pick up our materials. Would recommend this location for your next flooring project! Thank you!
I want to give them so many more stars because they have been great for others and came so highly recommended. However, we have had a far more disappointing experience. We bought our house in May of 2021, and had flooring completed in June. We used ProSource for the flooring in our entire 3500+ sqft home. This was over $14k of carpet and LVP that we put in at their recommendation for our family. We used the brands that were recommended by them, and the installers that were recommended by them. AJ has been super helpful and very responsive. I've probably shopped over 20 tile and flooring stores across the DFW Metroplex and AJ at ProSource far exceed the professionalism and knowledge of any place I've shopped. Highly recommended.
