Had my solar panel system placed by ProSolar last year. There were a few miscommunications during the process, but it all went in well and I have been very happy with the system, saving about $300/month on electric. Have had a couple of issues with the panel not reporting, and Miguel is very quick to respond. I was told I could transfer all the tax credits to anyone one if I did not had a tax liability at the end of the year. once the year past after the installation, I spoke to my accountant and It turned out to be questionable information. The gentleman and salesman Oscar Mier together with His supervisor Juan came to my house to make the assertion. Be careful with this company. Although not the original installer. I contacted ProSolar and spoke with Genesis on Feb.25, 2025 due to my Enphase microinverter that failed. Genesis was extremely helpful in getting this corrected via warranty (labor). Tech Orlando arrived at the house as scheduled on Feb.28 and replaced microinverter and re-programed the system. System is fully operational. A BIG THANK YOU to GENESIS for helping me get this corrected. A Very Professional Team. Richard
