I had an awesome experience at ProSmile Dental Implant Center. What impressed me right away was that they were willing to see me for a consultation at 5pm, which is technically when they close. I went for an evaluation of a surgical procedure that could have been covered by Medicare at no cost to me or alternatively by my Dental insurance which is a cost-sharing program. The evaluation went fine but then after a long wait I was presented with a course of treatment that added up to $3200. I requested that they get a pre-authorization so it could be covered by Medicare medical and got the response "We don't do that."
