I had a good experience until my husband went for a bridge and was told a preauth was done with his Medicare then after tried to charge on top of his co pay 30 percent an additional 1900 and told him after work was done Medicare wouldn’t pay . They never said a word . In my past I did dental insurance for 7 drs And we would have advised the patient prior to service . I checked air reviews and this seems to be their practice . No longer going to be a patient beware

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Mehta and the entire ProSmile team, especially Rose and Heather. From the beginning, they treated me with genuine kindness, professionalism, and care. I had an implant consultation at two other places and the dentists there just never felt "right"- not very personable and didn't get a great feeling from them (nor their staff). However, this is a place I felt comfortable and confident about! The staff were great and never acted "pushy" in trying to pin me down or pressuring me to commit to them.
