After visiting Prosmiles Willingboro Family Dental back at the beginning of November I was overcharged for service provided. Was told a refund was processed by an area Manager since Willingboro Branch has no Manager on site. I have yet to receive my refund or any communication from Prosmiles. Only left to report this as fraud and will be sending a complaint to Department of Community Affairs. Great Company

My visits to the Aberdeen Location off 34 are always great but this last visit with Casey the clinical manager, Dr. Patel, and Vickie the office manager was exceptional. I get extremely uncomfortable at the dentists but they made me feel calm cool and collective. ProSmile needs more of these people in there ranks for sure! Can wait for my next cleaning. (Something I thought I'd never say, haha) -AFC

I would never use this company, they never paid their bills. They are over 90 days late on paying my bill and they will not respond to my phone calls or emails. They did respond to one email and promised to pay, and that was over 30 days ago. we did great work for them with no claims. They gave me a credit card on several different occasions, and it would not go through, it constantly came up, declined. We provided great service in a very timely manner, and I don’t understand why they were not paying us.
