I have had a great experience at ProSmile Dental Care. Dr. Hina is both professional and kind, taking her time to explain each procedure, ensuring that I feel informed and comfortable. She always seeks perfection which results in the best possible outcome. The clinic itself is welcoming and well-organised too.
I was really nervous at first when getting my root canal. However, Dr Hina Gohil made the whole experience so much easier than I thought. She explained every step clearly and ensured I was not nervous at any point during treatment. The treatment was also painless. I'm so grateful for her professionalism and gentle approach. Best dentist, definitely recommend her to anyone needing dental work. Thank you so much Dr Hina.
I highly will never recommend this dental clinic, I was not happy with the final outcome of my teeth so she refused to see me or even rectify the issue. Not professional in my personal experience. I strongly believe that aphra and the HCC should be looking into her professionalism. To answer your reply, You had multiple chances to resolve the issues and rectify the problem.
