Offered to draft an EEOc complaint in email. I accepted the offer because I had no luck with previous complaints. Didn’t hear from her (Nadia) in two months. Had to send multiple emails to get a response. She is never in her office and somehow on vacation or a cruise often. I tell her I’m worried about the statue running out on the EEOc complaint.
