Great and Swift Service! I had an excellent experience at ProSight Glass in Crown street when my windshield cracked and needed a replacement. They guided me from start to finish; the whole process was very smooth and easy with them! I really appreciate the effort and help that the employees have put to help me.
I went here to repair a chip in my windshield. The oldest technician checked the chip with knife blade and said it was repairable. Since I didn’t have time that day, I returned the next day. This time, a Persian guy named Tony came out and, without checking anything, said I had to replace the windshield. After I told him the other technician said it was repairable, he reluctantly checked again and admitted it could be fixed but claimed the chip wouldn’t completely disappear and still recommended replacing it. I went to this shop last Wednesday right after discovering a crack on my windshield. Tony, the person I spoke with, made some strange comments—he said the ICBC might decline my claim because my insurance was new, which didn’t make any sense. He Recommended me to go through him privately instead of filing an insurance claim, even though I clearly told him I wanted to use my insurance.
