I called and found out they were recently acquired by a national company.They have closed their brookfield location and they are now based in milwaukee.
Proshred did a great job! Easy quote process, friendly service from Mitch, and I even got to watch it be shred on my driveway. Best part - they don’t make you remove staples, folders, paper clips. We have a generation of papers to safely shred, many plastic storage containers, and it fit into ONE of their bins. We were so impressed and grateful!

5/25/22 - My husband shows up with papers to be shredded and only to find no one at the office. Office was closed. Perhaps when that happens you should leave a message on your phone so people don't make trips for nothing. Very angry!!!! To continue after your response to check the hours on your website. I did that, twice, and called and got your hours over the phone too. When my husband arrived and the place was closed, I called and finally got a actual person, who said the plant was closed as there wasn't any workers there ... read more
Bad service. Missed pickups, truck was in shop multiple times, their drivers quit, invoices were wrong. It was one problem after another with them. On top of that the Branch Manager "promised" they would take care of the issues, which didn't happen. STAY AWAY. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They made excuse after excuse for not doing their job. Not worth the headache.
