Used to be such a good company , ever since bought by vital company has gone down. We have cancelled our services 2 months ago and still getting charged , can’t get anyone to explain
Just about impossible to get anything done on one or even 10 calls.. just endless transfers to dead ends.
VRC bought ProShred and now it’s ran so poorly. A complete failure. The drivers are great but the customer service/accounting is not. Go somewhere else.
If you are looking at Proshred for Charlotte location, go elsewhere. Since they changed ownership to Vital Records in March 2025, their customer service has gone to crap. Their drivers are very sweet and polite and apologetic for the company's poor customer service through the switch. Don't go to them. I had to give a 1 star as you had to use a start to rate it but I'd rate it a 0 star if that was an option.
The drop-off service was quick, easy to contact customer service to get the quote and book the service. Totally recommend it!
