The place genuinely is always filthy but I came to spray some dirt off the car and the machine ate my money. Called the number and no response. Must have lots of fake reviews.
Half of the buttons on the shelf serve wash don't even work and you end up wasting a dollar waiting for it to do something, products smell like they are found in the Coles laundry section, no money changer and reduced time from the last owners. Disappointed that they took away half of the self serve bays and replaced them with cheap labor... Yes your car is clean, was it washed properly with good products? Just dropped $10 in the machine and there was no soap in the brusher or pressure washer. Looking at other reviews this seems to happen often. Never again.
one time I came and the soap was out and no warning, so I spent money on nothing. and another time the coin slot was jammed and lost my coin, only $2, but still. no number on the signage to call, but there is a website…which is not working. this place could do with regular maintenance as it is starting to become a dump. not surprisingly, the soap was out a few weeks ago, and is till out today. i would strongly recommend going elsewhere and not risking your money when a service can not be provided at the best of times.
This is a fantastic place to get your car cleaned! I've been to ProShine Car Wash a few times now, and they always do an incredible job. Just request price up front / at the time of vehicle drop off and price does change.
