I took my car into Proshine Autobody for an icbc claim to have my rear driver side door fixed after a hit and run. The quality of the work that was done is incredible! It looks like a brand new door! I'd highly recommend Harry and his team for quality repairs alone, but that's not where this story ends. After picking my car up, I was driving home, when I stalled. The dash was lit up. EDIT: After my initial concerns, Harry, the owner, personally reached out and came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. He took the time to re-examine my vehicle, buff out some of the marks, and double check the seat. He also walked me through the safety measures that were completed and sincerely apologized. I recently had my vehicle at this body shop for about a month through an ICBC claim and unfortunately, my experience after pickup was very disappointing. When I picked up the vehicle, I didn’t think to check the rear seats because I trusted that everything would be properly reassembled given the extent of the repairs. Later, I realized the rear passenger seat had not been installed correctly. As their ratings suggest, Harry and his team did an amazing job repairing my Honda Odyssey. They are very professional and highly skilled. The repair was done so well that I honestly can’t even tell the car was ever damaged. Their pricing is also very reasonable, which I really appreciated. For any future auto body repairs, I will definitely return and would highly recommend them to anyone. The best part is their honesty,they are trustworthy and won’t try to take advantage of you.
