Disappointed! Small business, good to support, or is it? At first was a bit of a struggle as the initial order and installation wasn’t necessarily perfect. However understandable and they made themselves available to find a happy medium. Fast forward the commitment of honoring service. They came out a couple of times and had to work on the same shade.
