From my experiences, ProServe Pools has proved to be the kind of company I thought almost extinct in east central Florida - a contractor that provides excellent work, excellent response, and excellent communication. I asked ProServe Pools to provide an estimate on refinishing my 22 year old pool. Over the 22 year period there were problems from the original construction, a leak had developed, and the finish was degrading. I met with Jim (construction manager) who readily answered my questions, provided feedback, and when ... read more
ProServe has been taking care of us for years. The owner Shawn always listens to me, then makes the right recommendations based on experience. I needed to upgrade my Salt system so had ProServe take a look - their recommendations were spot on plus they found out that our Nitrate levels were too extreme. They fixed the problem, our pool looks like new again. Grandkids are super happy 😃 I read a previous review from a Bri, which anyone who knows what Shawn has done and continues to do for this community, knows better.

Our technician Ray Norris is literally the absolute BEST. If Ray isn't cleaning... read more
Look no further! ProServe Pools is by far the best experience you will have in Florida for any Pool service. I had a complete pool and deck resurface. From the very first phone call with Monique, the quality service of my project coordinator Jim and the final visit with both Sean ( owner ) and Jim, the experience was considerably above and beyond expectations. The quality of service and professionalism is top notch and consistent from start to finish. Jim was willing to do whatever it took to make sure the experience was exe... read more
If you are looking for pool or pump repair, look no further!! These people are wonderful from start to finish. Monique and office staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I have discussed my issues over the phone with Monique on several occasions ans she helped trouble shoot my issues and has actually saved me from needing a service call. Who does that!!??😄 Incredible, which leads me to the service team. I've had Steven come out a couple of times and just recently with him, Phoenix. Sooo great at their jobs.... read more
