I’m not one for posting reviews just to appease the requestor, however Pro Serve deserves high praise and recognition for the quality of service they provided. While to many companies strive for money being primary consideration, it was refreshing to deal with a company that put service and customer satisfaction foremost. We noticed yellow staining on the surface of our pool and contacted our pool maintenance company who recommended a drain and acid wash for $700. They really couldn’t tell us what was causing the problem with the yellowing surface.
