We noticed yellow staining on the surface of our pool and contacted our pool maintenance company who recommended a drain and acid wash for $700. They really couldn’t tell us what was causing the problem with the yellowing surface. This has been a great experience with ProServe Pools!! First of all it took me months to research and invite different companies out to look at my pool (which needed restoration) to get a quote. Shawn and Tom both came out to talk to me and at that point was really knowledgeable and transparent on what needed to be done. Did not try to upsell the world to me. I have lived in NSB for 31 years and have owned a swimming pool most of that time. Over the course of that time I have utilized a.number (4) of "pool services". Currently I utilize "ProServe Pools" and must say they. are the very Best I have done business with in all regards. Additionally, if they were to have a "Star of the Pool Service award", my guy Phoenix would win hands down...extremely conscientious, diligent and professional.
I had 4 estimates. We had a leak in our pool. I chose ProServe Pools. I am very pleased with the finished result. They all were very professional, timely, and pleasant. Overall it made the best if a job that needed to be done.
