This was the worst hospital experience I’ve ever had. A few years ago, after being stung by a jellyfish, I was brought in while convulsing and unable to speak. I was in a wheelchair, clearly in urgent need of care. My girlfriend tried to communicate on my behalf, but staff refused to proceed unless I personally answered where I was born—even after I had already provided my driver’s licence and Medicare card confirming my identity and citizenship. Dr Kye and the team of nurses were very caring, kind and thorough. They explained what they were going to do, reassured my husband and I throughout my 7 hour stay in the E.D. on Saturday. I can’t praise them and the hospital highly enough. Thank you all for taking such professional and gentle care of me.
came in with my friend on friday evening. Dr. Chris, Tina and Nat were so WONDERFUL. so kind, so attentive. the paramedics were also really helpful and made us laugh. place was super clean and super fast service. checked in on my friend lots. enjoyed the artwork on the wall too 🥹
