This company is a sales oriented company BEWARE! Bought a new home, had a septic issue. Called this company to pump the tank and help identify the issues. Instead of helping, they tried selling me new system for$ 27,000..... thats the "discounted " price. Thankfully I was smart enough to get a second opinion... the only issue was a drain line to the leech field. $2,500 dollar repair. Use proseptic at your own risk if you want to be sold a bunch of BS. Almost got me guys....almost.
My technician, Nicole, did an outstanding job. She was professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I’ll definitely continue using this company in the future!
I highly recommend Proseptic for all of your septic needs. They came out to pump my tank and were on time, professional and honest. They didn’t try to upsell or sell me anything I didn’t need. I appreciate how kind the employees were. They let our children watch them pump the tank and taught them all about the septic industry! It was really heart warming to see. Thank you Proseptic for being such an awesome company. We will recommend you to all of our family and friends!
ProSeptic did a great job with our septic system! They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and worked quickly without leaving a mess. Super friendly crew and very fair pricing — no surprise charges. I really appreciated how honest they were and how they gave me tips to maintain the system instead of trying to upsell. Definitely recommend them if you need septic work!
Do not have Pro Septic do any work without a second opinion. When they came to pump our tank and we were told we needed a new tank, new pipes,and new leachfield. $2100. We went with another company and were told all we needed was a new cover on the tank, new baffles,and a small repair on a pipe. $800
