The more I think about it, the more upset I get about being asked “would you like bread?” Just to be given the stalest, hardest & smallest pieces then be charged $5 for bread services. They should start doing the same for water. It’s awesome how things that used to be complimentary are now up charges without notice. The food we were able to try was outstanding—we had the avocado starter, mussels, and white fish, all of which were excellent. Unfortunately, we never got to experience a full meal or dessert due to poor service. Service started off fine but deteriorated as the evening progressed. The staff appeared overwhelmed by the Valentine's Day crowd, and the front-of-house team, including the hostess, seemed flustered. They even lost our coat check tickets.
