One of my favorite Italian spots in the U.S. is Prosecco. It’s a must-stop every time I’m in Chicago. The staff is always welcoming, the food is consistently great, but honestly… it’s the vibe that keeps me coming back. I went in for the restaurant week menu. Overall, a decent experience, the staff were very nice and attentive. The food was great in portion, but too salty for my taste. The fish was the best thing on the menu. I have to take one star off for the pistachio gelato, it tasted like store-bought.

In all honesty, the best thing I tried was the veal, but I don’t get a picture because I ate it so quickly. The meatball app was great and so was the chocolate cake. However, the best aspect, in my opinion, was getting the round table in the back. I felt like a king.
