Horrible management. My daughter has had a gaping hole in her ceiling for a month due to a leak. Management has refused to give a proper answer to when issue will be resolved. She has called numerous times only for management to give her half answered questions and no formal resolution other than to continue to charge her full rent and an outrageous electric bill due to having a huge hole in her ceiling, and possibly mold. Do better Prose Solaire and Shelby!
I have lived here for almost a month now and so far it has been a very pleasant experience. The apartments are on the newer end, very modern and well kept. I love all the beautiful flowers that surrounds that apartment complex it’s so beautiful.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Shelby regarding a possible transfer to Corpus Christi for work, and I was incredibly impressed with her professionalism and warmth. She was not only informative but also extremely gracious in taking the time to explain every detail about the property and the surrounding area. Shelby made the process feel less overwhelming and more exciting, and I truly appreciated her patience and clear communication.
Instead of giving 5 stars they deserve 10! They baby sat my cat while in the process of moving in! And they are hilarious :)
The best apartments I’ve lived in. Aesthetically and literally!! Neighbors are friendly, friendly staff-especially our courtesy officer! Have referred others who moved here after me and love it as well!
