I have been living here for almost a year, and my experience has been great. The staff is amazing, welcoming, and always helpful. The location is perfect and very convenient. What I appreciate most is the gated parking garage, as well as being located next door to the police station, which adds an extra sense of security.
I have been a resident at Prose McCullough Station since February 2025. For the first nine months of my lease, I had no major complaints and genuinely enjoyed living in this community. Any minor inconvenience, such as the gate being broken or occasional unprofessional interactions with Alexis, the leasing agent, were things I brushed off and did not formally complain about. Good apartment complex around university. I like where I am now better hence a 4 star rating, but this is not a bad place. Good: Staff, move-in incentive, the apartment layout, appliances, amenities, as well as proximity to light rail station, police department, nearby restaurants and stores you can walk to. Proximity to I-85 is a nice convenience, is loud certain nights however. Been living here for a few months and the staff is amazing. Jamia assisted me with my move in and she was sooo accommodating and patient with me.Super glad I moved here.
