ProScapes was contracted to plant 5-gallon bushes but instead planted 2-gallon bushes. While they provided a discount on the smaller plants, they charged double for the additional bushes required to compensate for the size difference. Additionally, they were contracted to replace two trees that had died. One of the newly planted trees is leaning. When I contacted them to inspect the issue, they claimed the tree was not leaning.
