Recently had an MRI at the Polaris facility. If I could rate the staff at the facility separately, I would give them 5 stars. However, I would give their billing sdepartment/system O stars. Three weeks prior to my scan, I provided them with all health insurance information ( 2 different companies), and received a copay quote, which I paid at the time of service.
