Efficient; on time; professional.
The service was exceptional. The staff was exceptionally attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. However, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the MRI machine. It is significantly too small for individuals of my size. The weight limit should be limited to 250 pounds, as I am currently 285 pounds. The cramped space caused discomfort and pain, particularly when I moved in and out of the machine. I really enjoyed the photos at this location. I hope to go there again. I wish you would have something similar to my chart so that I could read my MRI report as soon as it is issued.
