Procedure went well and I was comfortable during the MRI
All three ladies were so kind, efficient and made feel at ease!
They had great availability with scheduling. The MRI tech was great. I am especially impressed with Kim! She helped me with getting my mri reports and a cd that I needed right away but I couldn’t get back there anytime soon. I needed them mailed. She was super sweet and helpful. She handled my request so quickly and made my day!
The MRI technician was lovely and did everything to make me feel comfortable. However, it took thee weeks to get scheduled due to me leaving messages and my calls were not returned. I finally stopped into the office to schedule. The afternoon before my appointment the receptionist called to cancel, saying my procedure was not authorized by the insurance company and rescheduled me for the following week. I called the insurance company and was told they did not receive the referral.
