I've used ProScan Imaging 2x now. I've been to several other facilities but ProScan is the one I prefer the most. The Scans are faster and the machine is bigger inside than other facilities machines. Everyone I've met there are very nice and professional. I've personally met Julie who helped me out w insurance and rescheduling. She is such a nice pleasant person to work with. MRI tech was amazing!
The MRI experience was easier than expected.. Even though I moved twice and imaging had to be repeated the tech was so warm and reassuring. He answered my questions, explained process and his jokes lightened my stress. The only thing I didn't expect was to feel so hot and a little light-headed afterwards. But again , he helped me to my feet and explained the body temp change and accompanied me back to dressing rm. By then I was feeling better. The entire staff was professional n kind.
