The staff is very professional and nice. However, the phone system and getting appointments and the delays and nobody answers is quite unacceptable for a business like pro scan.
Great experience. I required an open MRI because I’m extremely claustrophobic. My technician Julia was amazing she didn’t rush me she made sure I was comfortable throughout the process gave me tips to help me calm down and was completely supportive. Highly recommended 10 out of 10.
