Once you get into the back for the scan, things go well. Up until that point it’s a disaster. My appointment was at 11:15 and I arrived at 10:55. I waited more than 40 minutes to even be called. Then, once I changed into scrubs, I waited another 10 minutes. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a long wait. Proscan desperately needs to improve their scheduling.
