Clinically no problem, BUT I just received my first bill on April 20, 2022 and it was marked past due and then I received a collection notice on April 21, 2022 and I had just received my first bill on April 20. My credit score is a 735- I pay my bills. I will not go to someone who tries to make me feel like a deadbeat on the first billing- I think they need a customer service refresher
I recently had an MRI at ProScan Paul Brown Stadium, Dawn and her student, Savannah, were ultra effective in working with me and my wife as I fought the challenge of getting into the MRI and becoming relaxed so we could proceed with the scan. They know how to handle folks challenged to shed fears and understand the process, manage time during the event, and secure good images for the requesting doctors. Thanks Dawn and Savannah.

I went there yesterday at 1:45 and was verbally assaulted by Michael Caneva a radiologist tech... put me into tears and the test was not done....I plan on going as far as I could to make him stop abusing patients.
I had my second MRI at the Fishers Proscan. Maria processed me and then Sherry handled the MRI. Both were as nice as they were good at getting me in and out and checking on my comfort during the procedure. If I have to have another, I will make sure they are there to help. Thank You so much Maria and Sherry.
My visit was great, fast simple, less expensive that others. High five to Tech's Reed, Brittany and Paula.
Staff was helpful and friendly. We used the location inside the Bengals stadium.
