It's a newer facility however there prices go up considerably they site keeping up with other facilities which in my opinion is not in the way to do business especially when i have paid two months advance every month ahead of my billing date.They should be investigated for price gouging. I have a very tiny unit.They also charge you extra cost for unit insurance on your bill which should be there cost not passed on to the customer because the company needs to be insured itself as it's a business.
