Extremely pleased with these folks. The registration process was very easy, good prices, nice clean facility. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Love the covered drive-through loading area.
Tanya, the girl who works the front desk. She was very pleasant and went above and beyond. She's extremely knowledgeable and had wow customer experience.
Very thorough and courteous walkthrough of the facility, and well-detailed explanation of the rental criteria. Peter was patient and took extra time to cover Q&A respectfully. Process was somewhat rushed but not of negative impact to the experience. Drive-up availability is a major plus, especially with weather changes and accessibility.
Facility is clean, organized, and user friendly. Peter was extremely accommodating and helped me get set up with my condensed timeline
