Do not trust these people with your dry cleaning or laundry. They returned a $140 Brooks Brothers shirt to me (yes on a hanger in plastic) and the whole arm was ripped to shreds with machine marks on it. They ran me around for about 10 days and finally called to tell me they took no responsibility for the damage. Claimed it was manufacturer defect or past cleaning issue (really? Soap and water?). Don't work for these people. Customers always complain. They put the blame on the counter people. The owners do not like to give credit or reimbursements. I do not even believe they try to get stains out of clothes. They are hard people to deal with at a customer level. They only care about how much money they can make. The owners are not people friendly.

Stay away – I wore my dress one time and had it drycleaned as instructed on the label. It was returned ruined with the jewels on the neck melted. There was no note or anything. I called and the owner, Bob, stated the dress was defective. He instructed me to call the manufacturer and the department store. I went round and round with everybody. He didn't even reimburse me the cost of ruining my dress, much less the cost of my dress. There was no discount given or anything. So sad. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't let them... read more
