Buyer beware! I recently purchased a roller. I received the machine with no instructions. I contacted them and instructions were emailed. I used a test bat per the instructions. Everything went well seem to work fine. I then moved onto a $400 game bat. Upon removal the bat was damaged. I then contacted Adam to explain what happened. placed an order, never received bat. I left bad feedback for them after they were un-responsive. now they are threatening to BLACKMAIL me to my kids team for a rolled bat.
Ordered a BBCOR bat on 1/17/2019 for my sons birthday on the 21st. I paid for next day air so we would get it in time. It's now 1/29/2019 and I still have not received the bat... I have contacted customer service via the website several times. They essentially stopped returning my messages and I have called them twice with no answer. Have bought multiple bats from adam and also love the fact that I can test the bat out in his batting cage before I hit my home runs on the field
Purchased a 2019 CF Zen -10 and the bat cracked within the 1st couple of at bats. Called Pro Rollers and they told me I would have to send it back to the manufacturer. They sent me a bogus receipt to use from "Hocker's Super Center". Hocker's is a Grocery-Bakery-Deli. Seriously doubt Demarini is going to accept a receipt from a Deli. Pro Rollers now wont answer my calls. Their number is a Cell Phone and they keep pushing to Voicemail.
Bad experience. Bat was crack and gave me a hard time returning it. Serrial number remove and not an authorize dealer. Be aware
