We have started to have home help for my mother suffering with dementia. Twice a-week a health care nurse comes to the house to bathe and dress my mother. So far the nurse has been exemplary. No complaints!
Had very bad experience with one of their carer He was suppose to watch my father (booked as awake night shift) , he went into deep sleep shorty after the start of his shift and did not keep an eye on my father who sustained a fall and a fracture that needed operation . I had more that’s one carer from them , they are not skilful nor well trained
