**See photos attached. After ProRise's assessment and consultation, we chose to pay for paint stripping as a key piece of our decision to go with this company. According to ProRise, our home was suitable for stripping and the added cost would elevate the quality of the paint job. Our contract explicitly included paint stripping and surface sanding "to smooth out any rough areas" following stripping.
