Excellent service. Friendly and professional staff. Happy to recommend. We have recently moved to the Southern Highlands, so I don’t have an established network for key things like my bike. I needed a new headlight globe for my R1200RT. Tried to replace it myself (on YouTube it is super easy). Half way through worked out it would be a lot better with a professional. The boys at Prorider were friendly, helpful, efficient and sorted everything out on the spot. I have a new go to place for my motorbike support and spares.

I ordered panniers and brackets for my bike. Paid as I ordered. Two weeks later, items still not there. I rang the shop and was told that my order “had fallen through the cracks and hadn’t actually been ordered”. A week later I rang again, and was told that it’s on its way- no tracking number tho. Close to jet another week of waiting I rang again, and was told that the panniers had arrived- but- no brackets. I asked for my money back, or ring Dept Fair Trading. My money was refunded. Great service from start to finish. Purchased my brand new MT09 today and Josh and Hanna were both so helpful and I absolutely love my new bike 🥰
The clutch, ignition & maintenance were required. The clutch was quoted at $2400. The final bill was just shy of $7000 yet the RTV was returned to me faulty. The ignition & maintenance issue were NOT repaired. They told me they would resolve the outstanding problems. After almost 6 weeks & my calls gone unanswered, I am out thousands of dollars & left with an unsellable RTV. Extremely disappointing. Would you recommend this business?
