The ProResp personnel who deliver our oxygen supplies are extremely knowledgable but most of all caring. They seek alternate solutions to make our life more conformable. Special shoutout to Matt, a very collegial jolly person who goes out of his way to provide the best solutions for us. Well done.
Due to our circumstances, we need a wide variety of different medical supplies. At this place, we can find everything necessary for people with breathing difficulties, tracheostomies, and suction machines. We also have our suction machines serviced here, including battery replacements. We always receive the best service — the staff is very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Business doesn't return calls. Terrible communication. Can't get answers from anyone about what's been rented. Impossible to arrange pick up or return of equipment. Frustrating experience throughout.
I have been with ProResp for awhile now great service had a little issue with my nose piece cause the tubes were glued in to far so only oxygen flowed through one side Julia corrected that problem by switching manufacturers ! She sent out a notice to all other outlets Canada wide to replace with new style! She personally thanked me for bringing this to her attention!
