Business doesn't return calls. Terrible communication. Can't get answers from anyone about what's been rented. Impossible to arrange pick up or return of equipment. Frustrating experience throughout.
I have been with ProResp for awhile now great service had a little issue with my nose piece cause the tubes were glued in to far so only oxygen flowed through one side Julia corrected that problem by switching manufacturers ! She sent out a notice to all other outlets Canada wide to replace with new style! She personally thanked me for bringing this to her attention!
