Had to go twice to find someone to fit a mask, from med to large . Waiting 7 days to see someone when your struggling for air is not an acceptable wait time . Ordered air filters for the unit we received from them ; been 10 days now .I think next meeting with London doctors we will be having a serious discussion with whom they recommended us to .
Not happy with the service so far. Had to leave work early twice because 3pm is the latest appointment. 1st mask didn't work, made a second appointment for a different mask, showed up for nothing, none is stock. Waiting another 2 weeks.
