Oxygen provided to my mom Jan 28th. There was no clear instruction also delivery to be every Thursday. No show Feb 5. My bad and do apologize. After speaking to their 24hr response team I had misunderstood and was fully explained the system. The Manager followed up a couple of days following with concern for their patient She was wonderful and will be providing additional help for my mom. I do apologize for my original post as it was not accurate and found them to be helpful and caring
