We recently had ProResp involved in the palliative care of our father. From the beginning, every person we spoke with was courteous, considerate and professional. They followed up to ensure all was going well, when I called for new nose pieces, they were delivered the next day. And today, the first thing said from the gentleman who came to pick up the equipment was his condolences. To the staff, from the family of Raymond Stones, thank you for making a very difficult time just a little bit easier.
Refused to selle a CPAC machinewithout a prescription. Said they didn't want my money and that I could buy one on Amazon.
Very grateful for the service provided to my father in law. Biggest thanks to Brian and Meegan!
DO NOT GO WITH THEM! They have the rudest staff and will talk to you like there are thousands of people waiting in line. And they get annoyed when you inquire more as if its not our right to know!
