I cannot express how much time, effort and dedication that Ms. Valerie has put forth in finding me and my family a home. My Realtor has worked after hours and Monday through Sunday to make sure we receive the best customer service and latest updates possible. I do not feel alone when she is on my side, and if more businesses functioned the way ProREPS Realty does, more people would be more relaxed and confident in finding a home, tailor-fit, to their needs.
DO NOT RENT WITH THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!! MARIBEL IS EXTREMELY RUDE WHEN DEALING WITH TENANTS AND VALERIE IS HARDLY AVAILABLE. AFTER THE PANDEMIC AND THEM LOSING THEIR HANDY MAN BEN GETTING MAINTENANCE WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. I WAS LEFT WITHOUT AC SEVERAL TIMES FOR DAYS AT A TIME WITH KIDS AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS.
