I am incredibly pleased with the care I receive at ProRehab. I'm assigned to Madison, but have worked with Kim as well and several other PTAs. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. But, Madison has been exceptional - she always makes sure I understand the how things are working, and why I'm doing specific engagements/exercises. Madison F was my therapist and she was able to figure out what was going on with me (even when two doctors could not). She was so professional and always offered a listening ear. Love this practice & location, and would recommend with anyone going through a pelvic issue.
I’ve been to multiple different rehab facilities and by far this is the best one. The staff were so welcoming and they genuinely care about you and your well-being. Kayla and Kim were always amazing at checking in on you and giving you the push and motivation during your exercises. The staff truly feels like a family and you feel like you are apart of it! I highly recommend going to this location and choosing prorehab as your facility!
Put off PT for so long despite having frequent knee/IT band pain. Saw this awesome group a few times, gained some new strategies and learned some new movements to prioritize. Not to mention the tailored adjustments made for me specifically after a gait analysis and bike fitting. BOOM! Knee fixed and, more importantly, knowledge gained to solve these issues if they ever come back in the future. Thank you Kim & the rest of the team!
