The staff in Poseyville was amazing, very friendly and answered every question,talked with me about my goals and where we needed to be at the end of Therapy.I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. thank you.
The location and staff are fantastic. I had a great experience coming here for physical therapy, and no complaints about that. The reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because ProRehab apparently did not send my PT records to my referring doctor. I found this out at the last second when insurance had denied a procedure because they had no proof I'd been to PT first. On contacting ProRehab, I was told that I would have to request my records through a third party site, ShareCare, then send my records wherever they were needed, and... read more
Dane was able to get me back on the tennis court after a long battle with tennnis elbow. He is the absolute best and I highly recommend Dane Maurer.
My experience at ProRehab was great. Dane is a great therapist!
